what the fudge.

heyo heyo XD i have so much to blog about my own life now when will i ever start the second post about weiqi and junjie's trip here? haha. maybe i'll just leave it until i really have the mood to tell you someone else's story. lalala. i'm in such a baking mood recently that we baked Fudgey Brownies yesterday. =D

i saw the recipe from a blog and was excited because it seemed super easy!

INGREDIENTS:

750g baking chocolate.

it took forever to cut the whole big chunk into these small pieces T.T

that's for easier melting by the way.

150g of self-rising flour

and 300g of sugar

200g of butter

and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and 3 eggs

first you melt the chocolate by double boiling. and also the butter

we were very lazy and because it takes so much time so we put everything into the microwave oven. haha

and you see now it looks like Nutella omg.

then, add in the vanilla essence, self-rising flour and eggs. remember to sieve your flour beforehand, unless you want it all chunky.

mix well until the batter does not stick to the mixing bowl/ pot in  my case haha

da bian. haha.

it's best if you line your baking tray with baking paper/ aluminium foil because it's kinda hard to remove the brownie.

then you bake it in a preheated oven at 160`C for 40 minutes to 1 hour.

then VOILA! you get your brownie =D

i was so disappointed because the whole brownie was flooded with oil. Miss Kero even asked if i copied wrongly that only 20g of butter was needed instead of 200g. =(

but turns out her friend also experienced the same thing when baking brownie.

too bad we have no almond or other nuts at home

don't you think chocolate goes best with nuts?

the outcome was not bad

just too sweet.

and i don't think i'll attempt brownies again

takes too much work T.T

hi i am happy to say that i am no longer so free to collect dust and spiderwebs.

last Saturday i went to this motivation talk by Mr. Dai Chen Zhi

very lame but still i have to say how about Miss Dai Ping Guo Zhi? lol

the theater was full of secondary school kids and i instantly regretted

but somehow i think i managed to blend in since most kids nowadays look older that me anyway hahahha. and i copied four pages full of notes, including doodles XD

so anyway, we made some blue ones as well.

and i think miss Kero and i both expected them to turn out

which is also the most complicated part.

they tasted really like macarons

they just don't look that macaron. =(

but it's okay. we still have another pack of almond powder to go

we plan to buy pink colouring as well

then we can have blue, pink and purple! XD

look what I've got from my crazy shopping spree last night! =DDD

okay. i was lying la. haha. i got them from my cousin. how is it even possible to clear out SO MANY clothes from your wardrobe? and they are mostly still in good condition.

i've always wanted to get a denim shirt but never bought i dunno why

maybe i knew someday i'd get it from her. haha

oh fyi, in our family we usually pass our clothes around before really donating them.

so since i am so crazy over Polyvore for the moment, i created a look for myself haha

the Soda denim shirt (not that denim actually but i'm fine with that) and Cotton On tank top are both dug out from that stack of unwanted clothes, paired with my Surfer Girl skirt bought when i was in Form 3 i think, and worn only for the second time! =O. the sling bag belongs to mummy, and the wedges makes me around 176cm!! covered up my face because got sai expression lol.

this one not like sai.

and i am feeling so awesome! =D

going to make macaroons tomorrow

shit i am really too free now! i might be updating everyday at the rate i start getting bored haha. i've now reached a quarter of my second book, Wuthering Heights. at this pace, i might finish all my books before, i dunno when, but they wouldn't last me till September for sure T.T. and i don't even spend the whole day reading. tell me what to do!!! T.T. ah, i cut my nails for piano tomorrow already. have to face the fact. but i haven't been practising even my scales what is my dear teacher gonna do to me? T.T. ANYWAY! as i said in the title, i found something new to kill time, brain cells and to further ruin my own eyesight haha.

sidetrack again. i actually have a Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, Instagram, Polyvore, Weibo and 2 Blogger accounts. and i just downloaded Streamzoo, which is very similar to Instagram. SUPER VICTIM OF SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES. quite shocking for me T.T omg
