HI!!!! *BIG wave* I missed this space

after 2 weeks, I'm finally back from Thailand.

oh, that's my number stuck on my phone's casing in case I forgot

apparently my smart phone isn't that smart and I always received the notification

last night I fell asleep scrolling through Facebook.

my sister shook me up, and something quite epic happened.

I groggily asked her

"Who are you?"

"Where is this?"

"Why am I here?"

and then she told me she was going to sleep and she left the room.

it was only until this morning that I remembered, I guess I thought I was still in Thailand.

always proud to be a Kuchingite. I think we have the best food. lol.

I love laksa so much to the extent that I hope no one sells Laksa especially outside Kuching unless they can come out with the authentic taste because I don't want people to try a lousy version of my favourite food and start to judge it. quite protective huh? I know I am crazy. I always was, always am and always will be crazy. thank you.

exam results were super shitty. 3.38. ruined my holiday mood for about 10 minutes.

but I seriously wanted to cry. 3.38. gosh.

on a bright side, I managed to register for the extra curricular class I have been eyeing on since Year 2

fried brain

I almost got the shock of my life when I turned on the laptop after 3 days of rest and it came out with a totally different home screen, and all my folders on desktop went missing. actually, I DID get the shock of my life. thank God everything came back after I restarted the laptop. T.T

on the day before I left for home, we had a last outing of the semester

there wasn't much time so we thought a heartier meal (and a lot of window shopping) in Midvalley will do

but it so happened to be a public holiday and the mall was FULL of people

then I suddenly got so frustrated and uneasy and fidgety and the list goes on and on and on!

I also noticed I got easily irritated by my friend who kept on talking to me

all I wanted to do was to be left alone ==

either I have a very small magnitude of agoraphobia

don't need to know what it means, basically it's me having some social disorder lol

or that friend is plain irritating. hahaha. nola.

but my brain totally tuned into Melody's-friend-saving mode

because I started to fall into my own world that I closed out the rest of the world

yeap, I lost focus on what was happening around me, just in case I lost control and snapped at the innocent friend who was just being herself. haha.

it is actually quite scary I know.

lost a big part of my photos because my phone went cuckoo, I think I lamented about it before, but that was last year. so here's my review of 2013, all based on my Instagram photos, since that's where my life seems the most happening apart from this blog. haha.

January was nothing much
just final exams
and going home =)

Chinese New Year was all about gatherings and catching ups, I miss my ladies already

also the last year we have popo with us, things will never ever be the same again.
on a brighter note, we're celebrating this year's CNY away from home, Thailand to be exact. =D sorry but I am really excited even with the ongoing protests. =X

and in February, I managed to achieve this. T.T
New Year Resolution 2014, I know I can do it again.

I love how the polaroid photos seem to be more precious since the films aren't really cheap and we save it for special occasions or places. I dunno about you, but it makes me cherish the memories behind the photos even more.

MAYDAY concert!!
I remember how crazy I went, shouting even when I was having a horrible condition with my throat or vocal cord or whatever.

I always thought my first concert would be Jay Chou. T.T

speaking of which, shit, I totally forgot about our stamina training for the upcoming race!!!!

college dinner for the second time.
I have a lovely boyfriend who is willing to let me wear his shoes

May 05
I missed my first ever chance to make a change

instead, I went to Teluk Intan
and got myself a new pair of shoes for RM10.
haha.
I have quite a lot of best buys of the year!

joined the 24 season drum class and got the chance to wear uniform again, although I have never actually worn a uniform that's white all over. the notion itself brought back so much memories, how I wish to go back to my secondary school years and relive those carefree years over and over again.

catching the hipster trend we got, no, more like I got infinity bracelets.
but the colour of the strings have faded so much they now look crappy.

second trip was to Pangkor with the TESLians.
I am forever grateful for the lecturer who decided that we should have a relaxing trip before our finals.

which happened to be the best final timetable so far
with only 2 days of exam. haha.

went home and fell in love with Yaoyao.
I'm glad popo got to see her before she left us.
instant mood booster =)

continued exercising
the tummy was still in a pretty good condition

and I seriously have no idea what happened.. T.T

had my very first ESL classroom exposure
and went back to Sharing to work

and for the very first time, we flew together
I finally landed my feet on Taiwan, the island I have dreamt and yearned to to over and over again.

but the trip was cut short.
I owe a very big thank you to Mr Teoh who went back home together with us and helped a lot. he could have chosen to stay in Taiwan and continue the journey but he left with us and gave so much support T.T

won the Nuffnang movie tickets for 2 times!
although it wasn't me who got to watch for both times. ==

it's just that I never had the luck with such competitions before!
but those were the only two times, I tried again but failed since then on. lol

apart from the well being of the ones I care for

maybe the two papers this morning took all ideas and words out of me.

but one thing for sure is that my life is so much better because of everyone around me, and I am thankful for that. wishing you a good night's sleep and a good year ahead.

so here's back to real time, shit it's already Friday. let's see how many UM students will actually say TGIF HAHA

so it seems my midsem break is about to end soon, but not before the PTUM training camp starts.

dancing is fun, sweating is fun, but there goes my weekend.

what have I done? finished my Language Assessment group assignment, but apparently, one group member has gone missing. HAHA. I am constantly amazed by how irresponsible some people can be.

since it was shoes yesterday I thought might as well continue the whole challenge with shoes lol

I don't think I blogged about this but here's my RM10 shoes bought from Teluk Intan haha

the reason I love taking shoes photos is because to me, they signify a journey. every pair of my shoes have brought me to different places, and some, different phases of life. there is this one pair which I love so much that I just can't bring myself to throw away. is this because I'm being very faithful to my shoes? HAHA, or simply because the pair of shoes is really pretty?

I'm not sure.
I'm lost.

the fastest dream come true

 Again I have been missing for some time.
now let me tell you a story about dreams come true.
so last Saturday, or was it Sunday? @@.
Zhangqijian and I were shopping in Midvalley. we walked past the Kose event and I was like: how come I never meet any bloggers in these events, how I wish I could meet them!
Mr Teoh: then what are you gonna do?
Me: take photos with them la of course.

and then we entered Topshop. I saw someone sitting on the sofa, and her back itself attracted me already. then I saw a thin, tall girl beside her with gold hair and beanie, I had walked closer and proved my guess, OMGosh I JUST BUMPED INTO CHUCKEI, HER BOYFRIEND AND ASHLEY in Topshop Midvalley. I excitedly told Mr Teoh and I think I was actually hyperventilating, I dunno what happened then. but I just couldn't bring myself to ask for a photo. HAHAHA. then I messaged Huiwen, she was as excited as I was, and let me directly quote her SMS: Hahaha, go go go!! Take photo!! If not ll regret die de T____T.
and so I mustered all my courage, but they were gone. T.T. and I really regret half die. T.T
and how crazy, Huiwen even went stalk their Facebook/ Instagram for me but they didn't check-in anywhere. and hence the chance slipped away because I chickened out. T.T.
see.. dreams do come true. but I never knew they could come true so soon. hahahaha.

one week back

one week ago I was still enjoying my carefree holiday!

I find curling in the bean bag with a nice book and a cup of milk really relaxing.

A Dog's Purpose is a seriously nice book which unexpectedly caused me to cry lol.

got this pair of purple Puma for the sake of ROF lol

and also the jogging trips to come (hopefully)

had our stamina training (HAHAHA serious gila) -- swimming on Monday, Jogoya break on Tuesday XD, and jogging on Wednesday, Thursday and lastly, SHOPPING on Friday lol.

I cannot wait anymore!! Saturday fast come =D

the dress I once loved at first sight and had to persuade my mum to buy, is now my mum's pajamas

so it seems something we care about so much would eventually be so insignificant

because time changes, situation changes, and we change.

so why suffer so much over something which will pass?

EH BUT JAY CHOU THIS THING I CANNOT JUST LET IT PASS

what have i done?


masks! =D

miss keroro brought back many new masks from Taiwan, and i still have a few old ones left. heehee. have i mentioned how much i love using My Beauty Diary's masks? they smell so nice and have such pretty packaging.
haha yes i don't only judge a book by it's cover, i also judge masks by their packaging. XD

and even eyemask!






obviously taken before i had my hair cut.
it's my first time using eyemask haha
and i don't really know what is the function of this eyemask, but i guess 有拜有保庇 (hokkien please), haha.

lots of oranges! VITAMIN C!

but apparently, i overestimated myself, or maybe i underestimated the effects of staying up late or maybe having fringe ==, because there are pimples on my forehead and my nose. T.T. the dilemma is that if i pin up my fringe, then the pimples will be exposed, and it can be seen by the whole world HAHA, and if i let my fringe down, the whole world wouldn't be able to see the 2 or 3 pimples. but more will come for sure. arghhh. oh, so why did i overestimate myself? i left the super effective pimple lotion OXY oh my oxy in KL. ==

and erm.. haircut and hair dye!

the hairdryer at home which has been serving since i remember using one, gave his few final huffs, i think we're gonna need a new one for the new year. i dunno why i tend to take more care of my hair for some time after getting a haircut. i guess everyone does that. XD

i should be doing lots of tonging again this year, but i dunno how long will the curls last, please not 30 minutes again, =(

and well actually i am being really lazy. i don't even go out, mainly because everyone is busy HAHA apparently i am the only person who is too free but has no life T.T.

so haha, my nails are at the perfect length and also in the best shape already, but i dunno what am i gonna paint for this year!

ugh, NAILS!!!

what's the point having so many colours when you can't decide what you wanna paint? =(
got some inspiration from Instagram to paint a dreamcatcher/ a simple chain/ cute rabbit/ cute cat, SO MANY I WANNA DO, but thinking of the work it's gonna take, i get lazy again. lol lol. who knows, i might end up just painting plain colours, no more bunga bunga ==



and so i was mentioning how lazy i am. remember me saying wanting to bake a rainbow cake when i get back? i eventually just swept that thought away because i am too lazy. hhahaha. not even baking cheesecake this year, the excuse i gave myself is we have already ordered, and our oven is not really in it's best condition, when we could actually just make a non-bake one, then i tell myself it's cheaper to buy instead of baking on our own. lalala. all the excuses can come out when you need them. Lazybones 101. haha.

anyway, i blame all this on my horoscope (LOL). because according to many sources (actually, just Facebook and all the people who love sharing all the starsign stuff), Libras are really lazy. lol ok byebye.
